MOKET DELIVERS FIRST FLASH LITE MOBILE GAME TITLE UNDER NEW DEAL WITH GAMBIT GROUP FOR PARAMOUNT PICTURES
Moket is pleased to announce the delivery of its Flash Lite casual mobile game "Tropic Thunder - Chopper Rescue" for Gambit Group under license from Paramount Pictures.
The game is a tie-in to the hugely successful Hollywood movie "Tropic Thunder" featuring Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jnr.
The object of the game is to rescue the stranded members of the Tropic Thunder platoon without running out of fuel or being shot down by enemy mortar fire. Each level becomes progressively harder to complete, with more soldiers requiring resuce.
Moket has a license agreement with Asia Pacific content aggregator Gambit Group, to develop Flash Lite games, wallpapers, screensaver and applications using authorised Paramount Pictures titles.
"The casual nature of the Flash Lite games 'snacks' that Moket is producing, gives brands such as Paramount the ability to act quickly on getting content prepared based on their films," says Moket CEO Dale Rankine.
"Moket's deep experience with the Flash Lite platform, and the creativity of the team, are combining to deliver real value for Paramount and for Gambit Group. Developing licensed content quickly and cost-effectively has never been easier."
There are a several more Flash Lite mobile products for Paramount that have been given the green light for development and will follow up on the Tropic Thunder game shortly.
